Q1. Could you start by giving us a brief overview of your professional background, particularly focusing on your expertise in the industry?

 

I’m a technology executive who’s spent over 12 years rolling up my sleeves to drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth for global organizations. Whether it’s program management, infrastructure tech, or digital transformation, I’ve built a reputation for delivering practical solutions that help businesses succeed and move forward.

As a Program Manager, I’ve enjoyed leading complex projects that bring together people from different parts of the business. Careful planning and open communication are my go-to tools for making sure we hit our goals on time. Tackling ambiguity head-on and getting results has helped me earn recognition in various regions.

As a Product Owner and Infrastructure Technology Leader, I’ve enjoyed the challenge of rolling out enterprise-level solutions. One highlight was setting up a Process Automation Center of Excellence (COE) in APAC, which really moved the needle for our automation goals and streamlined how we work.

I’ve also helped roll out Virtual Desktop technologies across the region, making remote work more secure and user-friendly. Working closely with teams around the world, my focus has always been on practical solutions that deliver real results.

I’m known for thinking a few steps ahead, especially when it comes to automation. From mapping out the plan to making sure everything sticks after launch, I like to work side-by-side with business and IT partners to find strategies that save costs, manage risks, and make services better for everyone.

I’ve also spent a lot of time building strong relationships—with global teams, clients, and partners—working on everything from IT sourcing to contract negotiations. I genuinely enjoy solving tough problems and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, always with an eye on innovation and practical results.

Q2. How is the adoption of AI-enhanced RPA evolving across industries, and what sectors are forecasted to lead growth through 2030?

AI-enhanced RPA adoption is rapidly increasing across all sectors, evolving from rule-based task automation to intelligent processes that handle unstructured data and complex decision-making. Key sectors poised for significant growth through 2030 include Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail, driven by their reliance on data management and the demand for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and improved customer experiences.

 

Q3. What are the key infrastructure trends enabling scalable deployment of intelligent RPA across global organizations?

 

One of the emerging trends is the concept of hyper automation, which combines RPA with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, process mining, and intelligent document processing (IDP). There are various tools available to achieve all this.

 

Q4. What pricing and business models are evolving in the intelligent RPA market, and how do they affect customer acquisition and retention?

The Intelligent RPA (iRPA) market is evolving from a consumption-based pricing model to a value-based, outcome-driven, and hybrid model, linking costs to the actual economic value delivered to the customer. This shift affects customer acquisition by attracting clients focused on ROI, while retention is improved by aligning vendor and customer success through shared value and continuous outcomes.

 

Q5. Who are the emerging disruptors shaping the competitive landscape of AI-enhanced RPA platforms?

The most compelling technology partners in the MEA region have to excel across all three—offering fast execution, clear value, and ongoing innovation capacity.
 

Q6. According to you, which ecosystem partnerships can accelerate the innovation and adoption of intelligent RPA? 

Combine Power Automate, CoPilot & Azure Document Intelligence together and it will be a very competitive offering to the market. It will be able to achieve almost everything in the intelligent or hyper automation space.

 

Q7. If you were an investor looking at companies within the space, what critical question would you pose to their senior management?

I have been fortunate to be part of these discussions in my career. Hence, I have some knowledge on the subject. I’d want to cut through the glossy pitch decks and get to the heart of whether the company can truly survive and scale. One critical question I’d pose to senior management would be: 

1. "What is your sustainable competitive advantage, and how will it remain defensible over the next 3–5 years in the face of emerging competitors and shifting market dynamics?"

2. "What leading indicators do you track that give you early warning when your competitive edge is eroding?"

3. "How have you stress-tested your business model against worst-case scenarios?"
