Q1. Could you start by giving us a brief overview of your professional background, particularly focusing on your expertise in the industry?


I spent just about a year as an Enterprise Account Executive at Glean.com, specializing in enterprise AI and knowledge management platforms. At Glean, I helped Fortune 500 clients leverage AI-driven search and agent-based automation to transform the way their teams access and utilize information. My work focused on selling complex AI solutions and demonstrating measurable business value in large-scale deployments.

 


Q2. How do you see the market for Agentic AI solutions evolving across different enterprise verticals, and which segments are showing the strongest early traction?


The agentic AI market is growing rapidly, estimated to surge from roughly $7 billion in 2025 to between $24 billion and $48 billion by 2030, an annual growth rate of 41-57%. Banking, financial services, insurance, and IT service management are leading early adoption, while supply chain and procurement are emerging as fast-growth verticals.

 


Q3. What untapped opportunities do you see where Agentic AI could become a game-changer but adoption is still lagging?


Significant untapped opportunities for agentic AI lie in hyper-personalized employee operations and internal collaboration tools, rather than just customer-facing automation. Multi-agent systems that connect departments and proactively surface insights could be game-changing, yet most companies haven't fully prioritized this kind of strategic implementation.

 


Q4. How are enterprises thinking about the environmental footprint of deploying large-scale AI systems, and where does Agentic AI fit into that conversation?


Large enterprises are increasingly aware of AI’s environmental impact, with many reporting higher carbon emissions due to the deployment of Gen AI; nearly half of leaders recognize this issue. Agentic AI can help reduce waste and improve efficiency through autonomous resource optimization, and firms are increasingly favoring vendors that demonstrate clear sustainability commitments.

 

 

Q5. When enterprises are deciding between different Agentic AI vendors, how do you see their priorities shifting across the buying journey?


Initially, buyers focus on technical integration and flexibility, but as the process progresses, their priorities shift to security, compliance, and transparency. As deals mature, they look for vendors with strong partnership potential, dedicated customer success, and transparent reporting on model performance and data practices.

 


Q6. Looking at the enterprise AI landscape, which companies do you see as gaining traction fastest, and what do you think is fueling that growth?


Companies gaining traction fastest include Databricks, Groq, Moveworks, and Frame AI, with valuations reaching into the billions and rapid funding rounds. Their success is driven by real enterprise expertise, measurable ROI in core business processes, and tailored solutions for productivity and automation.

 


Q7. If you were an investor looking at companies within the space, what critical question would you pose to their senior management?


As an investor, I would ask: “How do you prove actual business impact and defensibility beyond just technical capabilities?” It’s critical to see evidence of customer retention, expansion revenue, clear ROI, and differentiation, especially as the majority of vendors now claim broad rights to data.
